Our story

It all began when we were newlyweds 20 years ago and adopted our “first child,” a Goldendoodle puppy, Tucker. We immediately fell in love with his mellow personality and heart of gold. He was highly intelligent and emotionally aware, seeming to understand us more than we thought a dog would. The day we brought our first son home Tucker knew how special he was, and the gentleness required. He even slept by his crib for the first few months. We brought Tucker everywhere with us. He was always bursting with love and truly the perfect dog.

In 2015, we decided to partner with our sister who has a breeding program in northern NY. She has been a tremendous help selling our puppies and getting us started so we can branch out on our own. We instantly enjoyed raising puppies and appreciate how it is a family effort. From caring for our pregnant mama’s, making them scrambled eggs for extra protein, to whelping the newborn puppies, (and keeping them warm) and especially playing with the puppies as they grow! I truly enjoy the correspondence with families, educating them, and making the adoption process as seamless as possible. It had been rewarding beyond words helping to provide a beloved family member and witnessing the joy our Goldendoodles bring.
